Chris and Shari met at a boutique hotel conference and immediately connected over a shared obsession with wellness, biohacking, short-term rentals, operational excellence, and the future of wellness hospitality. They quickly realized they had the same vision and perfectly complementary strengths — Chris on deal sourcing, investor relations, and revenue optimization; Shari on operations, technology, and the luxury guest experience.

His focus has always been on value-add: identifying underperforming short-term rental and hospitality properties, diagnosing what is broken, and transforming them into top-performing assets. Chris leads deal sourcing, acquisition strategy, investor relations, and asset management for Lumina Capital Partners.
